PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.

This project is to furnish all labor, materials and the work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools to conduct pre-dredge and post-dredge hydrographic surveys with volume calculations and to conduct maintenance dredging at the boat basin and access channel at USCG Station South Padre Island, TX. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2022 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $37 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A SURVEY OF THE MARKET TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS THAT CAN SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: PNUM 15888020 DREDGE BOAT BASIN & CHANNEL AT STATION SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX.

The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools:

a. Conduct pre-dredge and post-dredge hydrographic surveys with volume calculations.

b. Conduct maintenance dredging at the boat basin and access channel.

The contract performance period is one hundred twenty (120) days.

The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 237990. The small business size standard has an annual gross receipt of $30 million. Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are REQUIRED.
