JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Design-Build (DB) Contractor shall design and construct a minimum of 26, 3- bedroom dwelling units and an Area Distribution Node (ADN) for telecommunications distribution located at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA), Republic of the Marshall Islands. The DB Contractor shall demolish 34 abandoned housing units in six buildings at the Army Family Housing site at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands.

ACQUISITION INFORMATION:

This acquisition is proceeding as unrestricted.

Estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.

Estimated Period of Performance for Construction is 24 months.

This Procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 236115. The size standard for this code is $36.5M.

It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 25 November 2022, for downloading at the Government's

website at SAM.gov. No paper copies will be issued. The specific due date and time for receipt of proposals will be identified in the solicitation.
