This synopsis is for the PN ST-22018-8P Vincent Hall Renovation, Phase 1, Fort Gordon, GA. This acquisition is being offered as a Full and Open Competition and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award.

Description of Work:

Phase 1 includes 56,555 sf of interior renovation as well as mechanical/electrical infrastructure to support both phases. Interior construction of learning environments, support space and other program function is constrained due to the associated infrastructure costs for the new mechanical and electrical systems, service elevator and new life safety systems for fire alarm and sprinklers that will ultimately serve both phases.

The work is located in Richmond County, Georgia.

Period of Performance: 600 calendar days.
Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures.
