Bid abstract is uploaded to SAM. This project has been determined to be above the threshold (ATR). The Government will be utilizing bid acceptance period (91-270days).

PN 96182 Multipurpose Training Range (MPTR), Fort Liberty, NC- AutoCAD files for earthwork are to be requested by the bidder via ProjNET. Bidder to provide their company name and valid email address for USACE to send .dwg and .mms files via DOD SAFE. These drawings are for informational purposes only and not incorporated in the solicitation or resulting contract. Amendment 0001- Post site visit information. Amendment 0002- Post updated specifications and extend bid due date. Amendment 0003- Post updated specifications and drawings. Amendment 0004- Posted updated specifications and drawings. Extend bid due date.

Background
The solicitation is for the PN 96182 Multipurpose Training Range (MPTR) at Fort Liberty, NC. The work includes construction tasks such as clearing and grubbing, earthwork, erosion control, storm drainage, target emplacements, concrete and aggregate pavement, electrical and communications construction, AAR building construction, and various optional constructions like operations/storage building, ammo loading dock, facades for urban cluster buildings, field latrines, covered mess, and covered bleachers.

The work includes various construction tasks such as clearing & grubbing, earthwork, erosion control; storm drainage; target emplacements and battle positions; concrete and aggregate pavement; electrical and communications construction; AAR building construction; and optional constructions like operations/storage building, ammo loading dock, facades for urban cluster buildings, field latrines, covered mess, and covered bleachers. The bid pricing will be opened at bid opening. Contractors will be allowed to burn slash piles and stumps on site. The contract contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
