The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 236220.The South Atlantic Division is looking for providers to repair Trainee Barracks Building 73, sections A and B at Fort Moore, GA. The building systems scheduled for repair include exterior, walls, windows, doors, fire protection, interior walls, interior finishes, finish floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, HVAC controls, electrical, electrical service, distribution and building information systems. Includes misc. site work repairs and demolition necessary to allow for the repairs and HAZMAT lead based paint and asbestos abatement. USACE encourages all small and large business contractors to identify their capabilities to potentially satisfy the requirements listed in this Sources Sought notice. USACE WILL NOT award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor will it reimburse participants for information provided in response to this inquiry.
