PMS 404 Industry Day 2021 Revised

Background
The Undersea Weapons Program Office (PMS404) is organizing a Torpedo Industry Day on 3 November 2021 to increase industry awareness of upcoming torpedo program opportunities in the undersea weapons domain. The event will be held at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Building 1346, Chafee Auditorium, Newport, RI 02841. The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide information and facilitate discussions with potential industry partners. Participation in the Industry Day Conference requires registration and a Visit Request for each person attending, which must be submitted no later than 27 October 2021. The event will be SECRET//NOFORN.

Work Details
The Industry Day will include a General Session starting at 0900, with check-in commencing at 0730, followed by One-on-One Sessions limited to 30 minutes per session. Visit requests are mandatory for access to NUWC Division Newport and the Torpedo Industry Day venue. The number of attendees will be limited to one person per company/division, with a total attendance capacity of 35 persons. Intent to participate in the One-on-One Sessions must be indicated on the returned Industry Day Registration Form. Walk-ins and unregistered personnel will not be permitted. It is important to note that participation and access to NUWC Division Newport is subject to current COVID guidance and may be subject to change.
