Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA 263 awarded a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Insitu, Inc., Bingen, WA, on 5 July 2024. This contract procures Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) services aboard an Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB). The period of performance includes pre-deployment support; deployment support for one 12-month base period, three 12-month, one 6-month and one 4-month options; and post deployment support providing critical UAS ISR services. This action was awarded under the authority at 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
