The contractor will additionally provide administrative and logistical support for the coordination of program-related meetings and conferences, as requested by the CO or COR. Support may include the provision of conference space, catering, and supplies. Support may further include the coordination of travel for non-U.S. government participants or speakers.

The period of performance for this SOW includes the Base Year and four Option Years.

Place of performance will vary depending on the specific task. For personnel supporting positions within PM/GPI, place of performance will be Washington, D.C., unless a remote work agreement has been approved by the COR and CO. For personnel supporting positions at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, place of performance will be Honolulu, Hawaii. For personnel supporting positions at U.S. Southern Command, place of performance will be Doral, Florida. For personnel supporting positions at USUN, place of performance will be New York City, New York.

Security requirements include access to classified material and/or information up to the level of Secret. Contractor employees must have an individual security clearance commensurate with the required level of access prior to contract performance.

Travel may be required for site visits, assessments, and coordination visits. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Deliverables include GPOI/APRRP Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Indicator Reports, Financial Issues Reports, inputs for Congressionally mandated Foreign Military Training Report (FMTR), responses to data requests, and monthly contractor invoices.

Overall, the contractor will provide program management, evaluation, and administrative support to assist with the planning, management, execution, tracking, and assessment of ongoing and new GPOI, APRRP, and other security assistance activities.
