PM Accurpress Service

Background
The Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is seeking a contractor to provide on-site preventative maintenance, unlimited emergency repair, and replacement parts for Accurpress Press Brakes and Hyd-Mech machines.

The goal of the contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of these machines, which are critical to the depot's mission. The contractor must provide trained personnel experienced in all phases of repair, service, and operations of the specified equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- Conduct two preventive maintenance services per year for Accurpress Press Brakes and Hyd-Mech Saws.
- Provide unlimited emergency repair services during the principal period of maintenance (Monday - Friday).
- Supply only new replacement parts necessary for repairs.
- Ensure all labor, equipment, special tools, materials, documentation, transportation, schematics, common tools of the trade, and any other items necessary to provide required support are included in service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with options for up to four additional years. Each option year includes similar requirements for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama.
