Background
The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is focused on enhancing the professional development of its IT staff through the acquisition of Pluralsight licenses. This initiative aims to ensure that IT personnel have access to up-to-date training materials, thereby improving organizational performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The PAIHS serves approximately 180,000 American Indians/Alaska Natives across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and parts of California, overseeing a network of healthcare facilities and service units.

Work Details
The contractor will provide subscription access to the Pluralsight 'Everything' License for the PAIHS Division of Information Resource Management (DIRM). The subscription includes:
- Full access to Pluralsight Skills and A Cloud Guru (ACG) courses.
- Access to hands-on labs and sandbox environments.
- Unlimited access to certification practice exams for industry-recognized IT certifications.
- Interactive courses featuring in-browser coding challenges and guided feedback.

Additionally, the contractor will manage license provisioning through a centralized administrative dashboard, allowing PAIHS administrators to assign, reassign, and revoke licenses as well as monitor usage.

Period of Performance
The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is effective for five (5) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service Office in Phoenix, Arizona.
