Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by delivering plastic sheeting.

Work Details
The contractor shall ship Plastic Sheeting to Distribution Centers, Incident Support Bases, Federal Staging Areas, Points of Distribution, and shelters within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) during Steady State and Emergency Response/Surge Operations. The finished product will be gusseted and/or accordion folded onto two (2) or three (3) inch diameters by forty-eight (48) inch cores. The core wall will be 0.190 inches thick. The sheet will fit on the core with no overhang of the finished product to the core.

The outer wrap for each roll must consist of a 3.5 mil polyethylene fastened to the core with plastic core plugs and sealed with a 3-inch-wide compatible sealing tape or 3.5 polyethylene bag with open side folded over and taped to roll with 3-inch-wide sealing tape.

Period of Performance
The solicitation anticipates issuing the solicitation no later than June 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
Plastic Sheeting shall be delivered to Distribution Centers, Incident Support Bases, Federal Staging Areas, Points of Distribution, and shelters within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
