Plasmid Vector Construction (2ea)

The USDA, ARS in Aberdeen Idaho is seeking GSA Schedule solution for a requirement for plasmid vector construction. Terms and conditions of the vendors GSA contract will be incorporated in any resulting contract. All interested vendors must have a Active registration in the System for Award Management, good through at least December 31, 2021. The USDA will provide the gene sequences for the vendor to use in preparing the two plasmid vectors as described below: Vector 1: 1.pRGEB32 plasmid containing one gRNA driven by rice U3 promoter and Cas9 gene driven by rice ubiquitin 10 promoter; 2. The plasmid should have hygromycin resistance marker for agrobacterium transformation; 3. The plasmid need to be delivered within 6-months. Vector 2: 1.pRGEB32 plasmid containing two gRNAs, each of them will be driven by rice U3 promoter, and Cas9 gene driven by rice ubiquitin 10 promoter; 2. The plasmid should have hygromycin resistance marker for agrobacterium transformation; 3. The plasmid need to be delivered within 6-months. Responses are due by June 16, 2021 at 2pm EDT.
