Description

The 76th PMXG at Tinker AFB is requesting cleaning services for plasma spray booths, plasma spray booth dust collectors, and grit blast dust collectors.

A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated with performance period of one base year, plus four one-year options, and one possible six-month extension.

Period of Performance:
Base Year: 01 Jun 2019 to 31 May 2020
Option Year 1: 01 Jun 2020 to 31 May 2021
Option Year 2: 01 Jun 2021 to 31 May 2022
Option Year 3: 01 Jun 2022 to 31 May 2023
Option Year 4: 01 Jun 2023 to 31 May 2024

A site visit is scheduled for 02 May 2019 at 9:00 CDST. Potential quoters will be afforded an opportunity to visit Building 3001 (and possibly Building 3221) where a complete sampling of the equipment on which services are performed are housed. During the site visit, any questions asked will be recorded. Both the questions and associated answers will be posted to this announcement.
