The Energetics Department (Code 470000D) of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA (NAWCWD-CL) intends to procure various types of machine tools, laboratory equipment, work holding devices and peripheral equipment for conventional and computer numerically controlled equipment over a five-year period in support of its projects. Energetics will specify the applicable criteria for each requirement through the issuance of individual delivery orders.

The products procured will be separately ordered and priced on each individual Delivery Order (DO) to include shipping & handling at the time each DO is placed.

The contractor shall provide rapid-response maintenance, repair and calibration services on a delivery order basis for items or products listed above. Additionally, annual maintenance service agreements may also be issued through individual delivery orders for recurring service needs.

Products and services procured will be considered time critical; therefore, timely delivery is paramount. Exact delivery requirements will be specified in each individual order. For service requirements, the contractor shall respond at the Government site within one week of delivery order issuance, unless otherwise specified in an individual delivery order.
