Background
The 60th MXG True North is hosting a couples marriage retreat in Napa, CA. The retreat aims to enrich marital relationships through spiritual resiliency seminars, focusing on helping military couples build healthy communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, connecting with your spouse after trauma, and engagement/boundary tips. The goal is to provide participants the tools needed to navigate through the stressors unique to military families and encourage healthy and effective communication.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide accommodations for up to 60 people in 30 suite style rooms for 3 days/2 nights. On-site catering and conference space shall be provided. The contractor is responsible for providing 6 meals and 2 evening snacks as well as daytime refreshments for up to 60 people. Additionally, the contractor shall provide meeting space and audio/visual tech support for group teaching sessions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from Friday, February 10th to Sunday, February 12th of 2023.

Place of Performance
The location will be in the California Napa Valley area.
