PKAB Stockpile Removal at FE Warren AFB, Wyoming

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

The mission of this contract is to provide Pavement Stockpile Removal Services, which includes the management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the safe and legal disposal of pavement debris. This service is critical for maintaining operational readiness and compliance with environmental regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1) Safely load, haul, and legally dispose of approximately 1,300 cubic yards of concrete and asphalt pavement debris in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2) Provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for the removal process.

3) Ensure that all operations are conducted by licensed operators using approved hauling equipment that complies with regulatory guidelines from the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

4) Secure all loads during transport and immediately clean up any debris or material spilled during transit.

5) Legally dispose of all removed debris at an authorized off-base site and provide disposal receipts or weight tickets as proof of lawful disposal.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed within a period of 45 calendar days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must have an active registration without any exclusions in the past three years. They must also demonstrate relevant past performance in similar services and have CMMC Level 1 certification for cybersecurity compliance. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of their ability to meet environmental regulations related to waste disposal.
