Pkab Recycling Center Management (Service)

Background
The contract is issued by the 90th Civil Engineering Squadron (90 CES) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base (AFB), Wyoming. The mission of the squadron includes managing various support services, including waste management.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive management and administrative support for the Base Recycle Center, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, administrative support, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items or services required to effectively manage the Base Recycle Center at F.E. Warren AFB. This includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Implementing waste management strategies that align with environmental standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of recycling equipment.
- Training personnel on safety protocols and recycling procedures.
- Reporting on recycling metrics and performance outcomes to the base authorities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030, with options for four additional years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at F.E. Warren Air Force Base located in Wyoming.
