PKA - Tampa Bay Airfest 2022 Fuel Service - MacDill AFB   3

Background
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, and other items to provide aircraft refueling services (AVGAS - 100LL) for civilian aircraft participating in the MacDill AFB presents Tampa Bay AirFest 2022. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The purpose of this RFQ is for the purchase of Aircraft Fuel Services for the Tampa Bay AirFest at MacDill AFB, Tampa FL.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, and other items to provide aircraft refueling services (AVGAS - 100LL) for civilian aircraft participating in the MacDill AFB presents Tampa Bay AirFest 2022. The contractor will provide a fuel truck and driver/operator to furnish fuel to the air show participants. Contractor will provide a tanker truck to store the 2,300 gallons, a truck to dispense the fuel into aircraft, and the pump necessary to transfer fuel from the tanker truck to the dispensing truck (if required). The contractor will provide air show refueling for aircraft participating in MacDill AFB presents Tampa Bay AirFest 2022. The contractor will provide a fuel truck capable of refueling all aircraft and provide enough (AVGAS – 100LL) for the duration of the event – 2,300 gals. Contractor will provide a detailed log annotating fuel quantity provided to specific aircraft.

Period of Performance
Performance Work Statement(PWS) is attached. The contractor shall provide refueling services for all civilian aircraft operations starting on Thursday, 24 March 2022 through Monday, 28 March 2022.
