Pituffik Space Base Sealift - RFP Cancelled   3

The Space Base Delta 1, in support of the 821st Space Base Group, has a mission-critical, re-occurring requirement for two (2) annual sealift voyages between June and September between a Danish port and Pituffik Space Base (SB), Greenland to support base operations.

The requirement scope includes providing all management, labor, and services to accomplish the functions and responsibilities of receiving cargo from vendors, providing in-transit origin storage, loading/offloading, and transporting sealift cargo.

21 CONS is soliciting for one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with an ordering period from ~1 Mar 24 (or contract award date) to five (5) years after the award. The base IDIQ will have a minimum guarantee of $10,000 (or the Danish Kroner (DKK) equivalent using the current Office of the Secretary of Defense fiscal year exchange rate) and a ceiling of $41,000,000 (or the DKK equivalent). Each round-trip voyage shall have a $500K minimum and $10M maximum. Additionally, this contract shall have no minimum or maximum cargo requirement at the base IDIQ or TO level. The awarded contract shall have a firm fixed pricing schedule for multiple cargo categories broken into five (5) performance years.
