The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration requires the operation of the Philadelphia Job Corps Center, including Outreach and Admissions (OA) and Career Transition Services (CTS).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for operating the Philadelphia Job Corps Center, which includes managing Outreach and Admissions (OA) to recruit eligible youth and Career Transition Services (CTS) to assist students in transitioning to employment or further education.
