PitchBook COTS SaaS Subscription

Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), on behalf of the Office of National Security (ONS), intends to award a sole source contract for the PitchBook COTS SaaS Subscription.

This acquisition is aimed at fulfilling the agency's mission requirements by providing access to essential market intelligence and financial data.

Work Details
ONS requires an annual subscription to a commercial, web-based market intelligence and financial data platform that provides real-time access to company profiles, financials, deal histories, investor information, and industry analytics to support market research and acquisition planning.

The service must include:
- full online access for user(s) license;
- ability to export data and generate reports;
- advanced search capabilities;
- customer support for the duration of the subscription;
- no installation or government-hosted infrastructure required.

PitchBook is identified as the only source capable of providing the required data and functionality without substantial duplication of cost or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's mission requirements. The platform offers unique proprietary data, market intelligence, and analytics capabilities that are not available from other sources.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) additional twelve (12) month option periods.

Bidder Requirements
Only PitchBook Data, Inc. is identified as capable of fulfilling this requirement due to its unique proprietary data and analytical capabilities. No other vendors can provide the same combination of data coverage, functionality, integration, and timeliness required for this acquisition.
