Pipette Calibration Services

Background
The contract is issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA, to provide pipette calibration services for the Forensic Exploitation Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning of pipettes used in forensic processing and to maintain instrumentation in compliance with ISO 17025 ANSI-ASQ standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for pipette calibration. This includes:
- Two annual onsite preventative maintenance visits for calibration service and technical support.
- Reconditioning of pipettes including disassembly (if applicable), inspection, cleaning, lubrication (as required), and replacement of high wear items (seals/o-rings).
- Calibration stickers/labels affixed to each pipette indicating date of service and next calibration due date.
- Detailed calibration service reports provided within two weeks after onsite visits.
- Compliance with quality control measures to ensure services meet contract requirements.

Period of Performance
Base year from March 20th, 2025 to March 19th, 2026 with two option years extending through March 19th, 2028. Calibration services are scheduled for March and October each year.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Forensic Exploitation Department located on Gillem Enclave, Forest Park GA.
