PIPE-FLO Software Renewal

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is issuing this contract for the procurement of PIPE-FLO software support and additional software to support the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNSY&IMF).

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the PSNSY&IMF has the necessary tools to analyze and calculate flow, pressure, and operation of piping systems, which are critical for safety and operational efficiency. Engineered Software, Inc. is identified as the sole source manufacturer of the PIPE-FLO software, which is proprietary and essential for integration with existing systems.

The contract includes the following items:
1. **PIPE-FLO Advantage Stand Alone Isolated (Single Install) - M&SA**
- Quantity: 2 Each
- Manufacturer Part Number: PIPE-MAINT-CORE-ADV-STANDALONE-ISOLATED
- Delivery: FOB Destination to NAVAL SHIPYARD, Bremerton, WA

2. **PIPE-FLO Advantage Stand Alone Isolated (Single Install) – Subscription**
- Quantity: 2 Each
- Manufacturer Part Number: PIPE-SUB-CORE-ADV-STANDALONE-ISOLATED
- Delivery: FOB Destination to NAVAL SHIPYARD, Bremerton, WA

Both items are firm fixed price (FFP) contracts with a period of performance from date of award through August 12, 2027. The contractor is authorized to provide any new releases or upgrades at no additional cost between August 13, 2026 and date of award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers of PIPE-FLO software. The contractor must comply with Department of Defense cybersecurity policies requiring continuous security updates and patches from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Only Engineered Software can provide the necessary support and modifications due to copyright protections.
