Work Details
The contractor (KTR) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing, trimming, and edging services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

The KTR will not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers; these providers will be accountable solely to the KTR. The KTR must perform to the standards outlined in this contract. The ordering period includes one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods with an additional 6-month extension option.

Period of Performance
The work will be performed over a total of five years consisting of one base year and four option years, with a potential for an additional six-month extension.
