PINE Aerial Imagery - continental US, AK, HI, and other US territories

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-2, as supplemented with additional information and attachments included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five (5) year ordering period to multiple vendors to address comprehensive imagery acquisition needs of Farm Production and Conservation. Award will be made to the responsible vendors whose quote, conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The imagery areas include the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories of the US. All terms, conditions, and requirements of the schedule contract apply to the requirement herein. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the call order and contract, the GSA Schedule contract requirements supersede those of the call order. Call order(s) will be competed among the PINE BPA holders with the trade-off process. Solicitations for call orders will be issued after the PINE BPA awardees are selected. A-1 TYPE OF CONTRACT The Government anticipates awarding a BPA resulting from this RFQ as a method of issuing firm-fixed price call orders to address recurring aerial imagery needs.
