PIN Photodiode Detection Devices   2

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), specifically the RMZB division located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The goal of this contract is to procure specific types of PIN photodiode detection devices that meet the technical specifications outlined in the Minimum Requirements Document (MRD).

This acquisition is part of the AFRL's mission to advance technology and support military operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following items as per the Minimum Requirements Document (MRD) dated 10 July 2026:
1. Two (2) Uncooled 2.4 Micron Wavelength InGaAs Photodiodes with internal 50-ohm termination resistor, featuring a 105 um core multi-mode fiber optic input and female type K coaxial RF connector output.
2. Two (2) Uncooled 2.4 Micron Wavelength InGaAs Photodiodes without internal termination resistor, also with a 105 um core multi-mode fiber optic input and female type K coaxial RF connector output.
3. Two (2) Uncooled 2.4 Micron Wavelength InGaAs Photodiodes without internal termination resistor in a TO5 package with no fiber attached (free space).

Period of Performance
Delivery is requested within 8 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet all technical specifications outlined in the MRD to be considered technically acceptable.
