Solicitation # RFQ-26-PHX-042 and this notice is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities/services. Submit written quotes only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).

This requirement is under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) codes: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees. This requirement is set-aside 100% Small Business.

REQUIREMENTS: Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office (PAO), 40 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85004-4424 has a requirement for a Unit Dose Packaging System with Variable Length and Speed Option (VLO) for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). Current unit-dose packaging system machine is from 2005 and is no longer able to be supported with current Microsoft windows operating system. Pharmacy is procuring Pak-Edge UD Barcode Labeling Machine with software 2.0. Software will be installed only on Windows 11 systems with full IHS compliant policies and security applied.
