This sources sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to identify potential Small Business sources capable of providing comprehensive Preventative Maintenance for Stryker Neptune Rovers and Docking Station equipment.

Background
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) oversees the delivery of health care to approximately 140,000 Native Americans from various Tribes across the U.S. and the greater Phoenix area.
PIMC also provides specialty care to rural and remote reservation health care facilities in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
This contract aims to ensure comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for specific medical equipment used in their surgical suite.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for two Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and one Neptune 2 Docking Station located in the Surgical Suite at PIMC.
Responsibilities include:
- All parts, labor, tools, equipment, literature, and travel necessary for maintenance/calibration verification and onsite repairs as recommended by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and required by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
- Returning equipment in a clean state after work completion.
- Warranting all services performed with units remaining free from defects for 30 days post-acceptance.
- Providing a direct service telephone number for emergency contact and ensuring next day on-site response time for field service calls.
- Employing Certified Field Service Engineers approved to perform maintenance and repair on the specified equipment.
- Delivering all inspection forms and labels necessary for service performance, along with a Field Service Report within 15 days post-service detailing equipment type, manufacturer's name, model number, serial number, type of service performed, adjustments made, results of tests or inspections performed, and confirmation of unit operational status as per manufacturer specifications.

The contract will be performed at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center located at 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
