Background
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) oversees the delivery of health care to approximately 140,000 Native Americans. Tribal members who receive care at PIMC hail from Tribes throughout the U.S. and the greater Phoenix area. PIMC also provides specialty care to rural and remote reservation health care facilities in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

The purpose of this contract is to provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance/calibration verification service for the Chemical Fume Hoods located at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.

Work Details
The contractor shall include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, literature, and travel necessary to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance/calibration verification and onsite repair services as recommended by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and required by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The contractor is responsible for returning equipment in a clean state after work is completed. All services performed must be warranted, ensuring that units remain free from defects for 30 days from the date of acceptance.

Additionally, the contractor shall provide Certified Field Service Engineers approved to perform preventive maintenance and repair services on the Chemical Fume Hoods.

Period of Performance
Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years.
