All quotations/responses shall be submitted by email only to Shanel Pagaragan at Shaneldylana.Pagaragan@va.gov by 7/6/2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. No telephone requests will be accepted.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the PillCam DR3 Capsule Endoscopy System as a Brand Name Only, Small Business Set-Aside to support the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.

The goal of this contract is to procure a specialized endoscopy system manufactured by Medtronic, which is essential for non-invasive gastrointestinal diagnostics. This procurement is intended to replace an existing capsule endoscopy system that has reached its end of life.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items under this contract:

- PillCam Recorder 3-Year Service Plan
