PIH, OGD and SLE Design-Build for Airport Traffic Control Towers   2

Background
This market survey is to determine if there are any potential vendors interested in the subject requirement. The requirement is for the Design and Build of the Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs) at the Pocatello Regional Airport, Idaho (PIH), Ogden-Hinckley Airport, Utah (OGD) and Salem Municipal Airport, Oregon (SLE). The FAA will use the information obtained from the industry to further develop their requirement. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for cost associated with the preparation, submittal of inquires or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to this public announcement.

Work Details
The work involves compliance with Terminal Facilities Design Standard Version 2.0 issued on August 1, 2022. The A/E firm must demonstrate compliance with requirements such as submittal requirements. Projects must comply with the version of the TFDS identified in the Scope of Work for that project.
The latest version of the codes and standards published at the time of Design Notice to Proceed (NTP) must be used to complete the design of the project. The TFDS must be used in conjunction with governing codes and standards referenced in this document, as well as the building program for each project.
The FAA is governed by the Acquisition Management System (AMS), which establishes policy and guidance for all aspects of life-cycle acquisition management for the FAA.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Pocatello Regional Airport, Idaho (PIH), Ogden-Hinckley Airport, Utah (OGD), and Salem Municipal Airport, Oregon (SLE).
