Piedmont Fire and Security Monitoring System Install and Monthly Monitoring

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District (USACE, SAW) is issuing this contract to provide a non-proprietary Fire & Security Alarm System Installation and Monitoring service.
The goal of the contract is to ensure security and fire monitoring at the B. Everett Jordan Dam & Lake Operations area and the Falls Lake Dam and Operations area.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all parts, materials, labor, transportation, equipment, and tools necessary for the installation of a Fire & Security Alarm System.
This includes:
1. Installation of fire and security alarm systems at both locations.
2. Monthly monitoring services including reporting.
3. Annual testing of the installed systems.
4. Compliance with all local, county, state, and federal regulations.
5. All-inclusive pricing for materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary for installation and monitoring without additional costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months starting from the date of award, with options for 4 additional 12-month periods based on contractor performance.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations: B. Everett Jordan Dam located at 2080 Jordan Dam Road, Moncure, NC 27559 and Falls Lake Dam located at 11405 Falls of Neuse Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
