The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract under the authority of GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(ii) to Maclean Health, 2233 Watt Ave., Suite #296, Sacramento, CA 95825 for the procurement of Philips Physiological Patient Monitoring Systems equipment for use at VA Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, OK, Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (OKC VA HCS).

Delivery schedule will be discussed prior to issuing the contract award.

The anticipated award date is September 17, 2026.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, that all responsible sources and interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by submitting technical data for this requirement data within 6 calendar days of this notice posting (no later than Sept 17, 2026, by 10:00 AM PST, to Ian Putnam, via email at ian.putnam@va.gov which shall be considered by the agency.
