Description

The Performance Works Statement (PWS) defines the requirement needed aboard MCRD Parris Island, 8,000 short sleeves, 3,000 long sleeves, and 3,000 sweat tops for physical training purposes. Breakdown for battalions and sizes will be sent if requirement is awarded.

3. Are the services available under GSA/ FSS contract? if yes please provide contract number.

5. Provide your contractor capabilities statement or specifications for requirement.

Background
The contract is issued by the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, which focuses on training and preparing recruits for military service. The goal of this contract is to procure physical training shirts to support the training activities of the recruits.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of a total of 14,000 physical training shirts, which includes: 8,000 short sleeve shirts, 3,000 long sleeve shirts, and 3,000 sweat tops. Specific requirements include:
- Short Sleeve Shirts: Must be made from 100% polyester.
- Long Sleeve Shirts: Must be made from a 100% polyester moisture-wicking blend with cuffed sleeves.
- Sweat Tops: Must be made from a 50% polyester/50% cotton blend with cuffed sleeves.
- Logos must be placed on the left breast portion of the shirt according to specified dimensions. A detailed breakdown of sizes and colors is provided in an attached Excel spreadsheet.

After delivery of all items, an invoice must be submitted via PIEE/WAWF for electronic payment.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 90 days from the award of the contract.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to MCRD Parris Island.
