Physical Security Information Management   2

The Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Security Technology (ST) has a requirement for a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system. The need for a fully integrated PSIM system is driven by the rapid pace of technology and the growth in quantity of technical security systems (TSS) deployed across DOS facilities. The Contractor's PSIM solution will encompass systems integration of software, hardware, testing, information security, digital facility modeling, and worldwide deployment. PSIM project management services are also required for operations support, training, configuration management, documentation, and coordination with DOS government and contractor personnel.

This requirement is being competed as a total small business set-aside. The National American Individual Classification Standards (NAICS) for this procurement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.

As stated in Section M.4 of the RFP, all offerors are required to possess a SECRET Facility Clearance at the time of proposal submission. Offerors without a current SECRET level facility clearance at time of proposal submission will not be considered for award.
