Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to establish a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole-source basis with Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (IRTC). This contract aims to support the System Delta 81 (SYD81) initiative, which is focused on developing integrated physical and digital environments for space-enabled warfighter training and multi-domain tactical development. The requirements for this contract are generated by the Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Executive Officer for Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI).

Work Details
The contractor will integrate physical and virtual range capabilities into enterprise SYD 81 space solutions. Key tasks include:
- Applying subject-matter expertise and systems engineering discipline to design, develop, and deliver operationally relevant space solutions that meet SYD 81 mission objectives.
- Producing enterprise architecture products at various classification levels.
- Collaborating with SYD 81 Government leadership to determine project selections.
- Supporting various military ranges and test facilities in modeling, testing, and training integrations, including locations such as National Space Test and Training Complex ranges, Eglin Gulf Test and Training Range, Nellis Air Force Base, White Sands Missile Range, National Cyber Range Complex, and other Areas of Responsibilities for combatant commands.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at various locations including Huntsville, AL, as well as multiple military ranges across the United States.
