2. The solicitation number is W912CN-24-Q0002 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

3. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS Code is 541921, PSC is T010.
4. Amendment 0001 was posted on Dec 21, 2023. The purpose of the amendment is to:

Background
This is a solicitation for Department of the Army (DA) photo services in support of United States Army Garrison, Hawaii (USAG-HI) on Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation number is W912CN-24-Q0002 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, PSC is T010.

Work Details
The contract requires photography services including providing Photographic and Management Services, operating Electronic Multimedia Imaging Center (EMIC) at Schofield Barracks-Studio and Fort Shafter Studio. It also includes providing additional support in the event that a surge of support requests exceed a promotion board deadline, no appointment slots are available at Fort Shafter and Schofield Barracks locations. The work schedule includes operating Monday through Friday except US Federal Holidays at Schofield Barracks-Studio and Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays except US Federal Holidays at Fort Shafter Studio.

Period of Performance
The period of performance ranges from February 28, 2024 to February 27, 2029 with options for additional periods up to February 28, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
