The Contractor shall furnish all of Washington Aqueduct?s phosphoric acid 75% in accordance with the specifications within this Statement of Work (SOW). Phosphoric acid is used at Washington Aqueduct?s two water treatment plants (WTPs), Dalecarlia WTP and McMillan WTP. The phosphoric acid shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B507, latest revision, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall be certified to meet National Sanitation Foundation / American National Standards Institute Standard (NSF/ANSI) Standard 60. \\\ Update 0001 Adds the past performance worksheet and extends the question and answer period.

Background
The Washington Aqueduct is responsible for providing drinking water to the District of Columbia and surrounding areas. This contract aims to furnish phosphoric acid, which is essential for the treatment processes at the two water treatment plants operated by the Aqueduct, namely Dalecarlia WTP and McMillan WTP. The phosphoric acid must meet specific standards to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver phosphoric acid at a concentration of 75% in accordance with ANSI/AWWA Standard B507 and certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60. The contract includes the following items:
- Contract Year 1: 800 Dry Tons of Phosphoric Acid 75%
- Contract Year 2: 800 Dry Tons of Phosphoric Acid 75%
