This solicitation supersedes and replaces previously issued RFQ1813005 / 36C26226Q0839. The previous solicitation was cancelled, and the requirement is being re-solicited under this new solicitation as an unrestricted open-market acquisition. Offerors shall rely solely upon the requirements, terms, conditions, evaluation criteria, and attachments contained in this solicitation.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, OEM-authorized parts, software, installation, integration, testing, validation, training, documentation, and incidental services necessary to replace and upgrade 120 Government-owned Philips IntelliVue X2 patient monitors with Philips IntelliVue X3 patient monitors, furnish five (5) additional X3 monitors, integrate the system into the existing VA Long Beach Healthcare System monitoring environment, and provide two (2) PIIC iX Rev. 4 Biomedical Training Course seats.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Long Beach VA Healthcare System, is seeking to upgrade its patient monitoring capabilities by replacing and upgrading existing Philips IntelliVue X2 monitors with Philips IntelliVue X3 monitors.

Work Details

- Replace 120 Government-owned Philips IntelliVue X2 patient monitors with Philips IntelliVue X3 patient monitors.
- Furnish five (5) additional Philips IntelliVue X3 monitors.
- Integrate the new system into the existing monitoring environment at VA Long Beach Healthcare System.
- Provide two (2) seats for the PIIC iX Rev. 4 Biomedical Training Course.

The salient characteristics of the Philips IntelliVue X3 monitors include:
1. Portable and bedside monitoring capabilities for critical cardiac patients.
2. Continuous monitoring of 12-lead ECG, heart rate, respiratory rate, plethysmography, SpO2, and end-tidal CO2.
3. Compatibility with existing Philips accessories and infrastructure.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will begin upon contract award and continue through installation, integration, testing, Government acceptance, and completion of all required documentation.
