Description

The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to NanoScience Instruments, for the procurement of a Phenom XL desktop scanning electron microscope.
The requirement specified in Attachment 01, Product Description.
FAR 6.302-2(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
All responsible sources may submit a capabillity statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
