Pharmacy Services

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), through the Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, is issuing a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH).

The goal of this contract is to provide Pharmacy Services and Related Services to support the AFRH's mission in Washington, D.C. This RFQ is issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901 and aims to ensure continuity of critical pharmacy services while a longer-term competitive contract is being pursued.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks and services:
1. Base Period: Pharmacy Services for Facility Prescriptions (Firm Fixed Price) from 07/01/2026 to 12/31/2026.
2. Base Period: Pharmacy Services for Facility Unscheduled Medicines and Over-the-Counter items (Time & Materials, not-to-exceed amount) from 07/01/2026 to 12/31/2026.
3. Option Period 1: Pharmacy Services for Facility Prescriptions (Firm Fixed Price) from 01/01/2027 to 03/31/2027.
4. Option Period 1: Pharmacy Services for Facility Unscheduled Medicines and Over-the-Counter items (Time & Materials, not-to-exceed amount) from 01/01/2027 to 03/31/2027.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from July 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with specific tasks allocated within this timeframe as detailed in the work description.

Bidder Requirements
