This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 06/02/2023 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 07/20/2023, effective 07/20/2023.

Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HT9410-23-Q-2043. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 811210, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the size standard is $34 Million. This procurement will be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside.

Background

The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HT9410-23-Q-2043. This procurement will be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement, delivery, training, and installation of three (3) IV Hood for Inpatient Pharmacy at NMRTC Camp Pendleton. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform delivery and installation (including training) of three (3) IV Hood for Inpatient Pharmacy as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS. The services required include shipment and delivery of three (3) IV Hood and all necessary accessories, installation and training, and a five (5) year parts and labor warranty.

Base Period: 01 Sep 2023 – 31 Aug 2024

Place of Performance
The work – installation, final delivery and training shall be performed in IV Room, Inpatient Pharmacy inside Room 1412 Main Pharmacy located at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton at Bldg H-200 Mercy Circle, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055.
