Description

This is a direct 8(a) sole source, firm-fixed-price, commercial requirement which was awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 19.8). This sole source is in accordance with FAR authority 6.302-5(b)(4). The period of performance includes a twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods (inclusive of the FAR 52.217-8 option). The period of performance starts 9/16/2024. This award supports the US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground - Edgewood.
