Background
The U.S. Army has a requirement for Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Services at Fort Drum, NY. This contract is set aside for small businesses. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective operation support services for POL facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary resources to plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of POL facility operation support services. Key tasks include:

- POL tank monitoring;
- Maintaining oil and water separator skimmers;
- Providing support services at Building P-3829 including pumping services, storage tank monitoring, containment dike maintenance, and accepting JP-8 deliveries;
- Managing contaminated soil support services at Building P-2018;
