Amendment 4 The purpose of this amendment respond to additional vendor questions as outlined in Attachment 6 Vendor QAs7May25.

Amendment 3 The purpose of this amendment is to correct quote submission deadline to 16 May 2025 from 19 May 2025, provide a PDF version of Attachment 1 PWS, update Attachment 3 CLIN descriptions, add an additional PDF version of Attachment 4, and to add additional Clarifying Questions to Attachment 6 Vendor QAs.

Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend quote submission deadline from 09 May 2025 to 16 May 2025, to incorporate a revised Barriers List (Attachment 1 - VB MR Performance Work Statement [See Appendix H] and Attachment 4 VB MR Barriers and Drop Arms List). These revisions removed Flightline Gate 1,6,7,8, and 10 drop arm barriers.

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend quote submission deadline from 02 May 2025 to 09 May 2025, to incorporate answers to the vendor asked questions (Attachment 6 Vendor Q&As), and to schedule a site visit for 28 April 2025.

The purpose of the Vehicle Barriers (VB) Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Services Contract is to provide preventive maintenance (PM), inspection, and minor repair for operational vehicle barriers located at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB). Non-operational vehicle barriers would be allowed to be put on the contract once brought to operational status (cured by means other than this contract).

Background
The Vehicle Barriers (VB) Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Services Contract is issued by Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) to ensure the operational readiness of vehicle barriers. The mission of this contract is to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, and minor repairs for operational vehicle barriers at PSFB. Non-operational barriers may be included in the contract once they are restored to operational status through means other than this contract.

Work Details
The Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, travel, periodic inspections, minor repairs, and other services required for the maintenance of Space Force vehicle barrier systems. This includes:
- Preventive maintenance (PM), which must commence within 30 calendar days of contract award.
- Inspection and minor repair of various components such as actuators, control systems (including software), control wiring, circuitry, structural framework, lighting, hydraulic-related equipment, safety loops and detection systems, traffic lights, light duty drop arms, and control cabinets.
- Compliance with applicable commercial and military standards as well as federal, state, and local laws.
- Management of performance requirements to maintain equipment operational rates while minimizing downtime and costs.
- Documentation of maintenance activities through logs and reports as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contract will be performed at Peterson Space Force Base.
