Peterson SFB Wifi Services

Background
The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) is issuing this notice of intent to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial internet wifi services at and/or around Peterson SFB, CO.

The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable internet connectivity for users at the base, aligning with the mission of providing essential services to support operations.

Work Details
The contractor must provide commercial internet and wifi services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and clear billing documentation.

Services required include:
- Provision of various commercial internet network speeds (e.g., 10MB, 100MB, 500MBG, 1GB), with tiered pricing for wifi services.
- Response to service requests for internet/wifi issues such as cable cuts or outages within four hours during weekdays.
- Coordination with the 21 Civil Engineering Squadron for installations requiring modifications to government property.
- Creation and maintenance of cable layout drawings for any modifications made.
- Emergency services must be available seven days a week, with a requirement to respond promptly to out-of-service conditions.
- Adherence to installation security policies and safety regulations when entering confined spaces.
