Background
The Pocatello Supply Depot (PSD) manufactures wildlife damage management products for the APHIS-Wildlife Services (WS) program and others engaged in wildlife damage management. Its mission is to ensure WS employees and others have access to specialized products and services not readily available from private commercial sources. These products are typically needed in small quantities or at infrequent intervals, making them unattractive for commercial manufacturers to provide.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of rodent gas cartridge tubes designed for controlling nuisance pest populations. The specifications include:

- Individual spiral wound fiberboard gas cartridge tubes (EMPTY - no chemicals) for pesticidal use. Each cartridge must display the appropriate EPA mandated label.
- Technical drawings of the cartridge tubes are available as Attachments #2.

Specifications include:

1. EPA Reg. No. 56228-02:
- Cartridge Tube Dimensions: 1.5” interior diameter x 6” length x 0.048” wall thickness.
- Preinstalled Tube End: One red printed pressboard plug or cap.
- Loose Tube Cap Dimensions: 1.6” width x 0.25” height x 0.030” wall thickness.

2. EPA Reg. No. 56228-61:
- Cartridge Tube Dimensions: Same as above.
- Preinstalled Tube End: Same as above.
- Loose Tube Cap Dimensions: Same as above.

3. EPA Reg. No. 56228-21:
- Cartridge Tube Dimensions: 1.5” interior diameter x 12” length x 0.048” wall thickness.
- Preinstalled Tube End: Same as above.
- Loose Tube Cap Dimensions: Same as above.

4. EPA Reg. No. 56228-62:
- Cartridge Tube Dimensions: Same as above.
- Preinstalled Tube End: Same as above.
- Loose Tube Cap Dimensions: Same as above.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this IDIQ is from Date of Award to July 31, 2030, with a total of five ordering periods, each lasting one year.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the USDA Pocatello Supply Depot located at 238 E. Dillon Street, Pocatello, ID 83201.
