Update: The purpose of this update is to provide the SF1409 Abstract of Bids to record the bids that were received on 12 March 2021.

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Polk is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) firm fixed price service contract to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques in the overall pest control program for Fort Polk, LA. IPM is a process for achieving long-term, environmentally sound pest suppression through the use of wide variety of technological and management practices. IPM shall be accomplished to meet the guidelines as shown in the National Pest Control Association's (NPCA) Good Practice Statements. End users shall be U.S. Army active components and tenant units on the Fort Polk Installation. This
acquisition is 100% Total Small Business set aside under NAICS 561710 (Size Standard $12 Million).

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide installation pest management services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform installation pest management services as defined in this solicitation. The contractor shall perform routinely in Government-controlled facilities. The work to be performed under this contract shall be accomplished at Fort Polk, LA including Toledo Bend Recreation Site, Peason Ridge, MOUT Complex Sites, Ranges, Bonner Lake, Alligator Lake, the Passenger Processing Facility at England Airpark, Alexandria, LA, and other properties owned or leased by Fort Polk. This requirement excludes the Family Housing Area on Fort Polk, LA. Please see solicitation for bid closing date and time. This requirement has a Period of Performance (POP) of One (1) Base Year period of 12 months and Four (4) 12-month follow on periods. The requirement will be available for inspection without charge through the Government wide Point of Entry (https://beta.SAM.gov/). No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to receive a government contract award. Bidders shall ensure SAM information is current.
