Description: This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Simplified Procedures. This solicitation is issued under FAR Overhaul procedures for commercial products and commercial services. Vendors are advised to review updated FAR Overhaul provisions and clauses at www.acquisition.gov, https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul, and https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/ dfars_far_overhaul_class_deviations.html.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912LR26QA009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Pest Control Services. This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. All quotes must comply with the instructions provided in FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 included in this solicitation.
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is provided as an attachment to this solicitation to provide pest control services.
Delivery and Acceptance:
Period of Performance: 45 days from contract award.
Place of Performance: Fort Buchanan, PR
Site Visit Instructions:
To address complexities of this requirement a site visit will be conducted Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 9:30 am, AST (local time). Please forward all required documentation (see below for information) to ng.prarng.purchasing-and-contracting.mbx@army.mil by 2:00pm local time on or before Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 12:00pm local time to get a day pass for the site visit. Plan to arrive 30 minutes earlier to Base Main Gate. Ft. Buchannan's Borinqueneer Gate located at Puerto Rico Highway 28 (PR-28). To expedite the process to base access, the government will need to receive the following documents
