Background
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Facilities Maintenance Division, Boulder (FMD-B) requires pest control services for various buildings and laboratories at the Boulder, CO campus. The FMD-B manages and provides services to the Department of Commerce (DOC) staff in support of their research, technical, and administrative programs. DOC agencies serviced by FMD-B Division include but may not be limited to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and NIST.

Work Details
The purpose of this requirement is to provide and maintain a pest and rodent free environment at the Boulder Laboratories located at 325 Broadway in Boulder, Colorado as specified herein. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to control and ensure a pest and rodent free environment. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment to control pests and rodents at specific locations listed in the Specific Tasks section.
The period of performance for this requirement will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods thereafter.
